Hi, I’m Dr Nadia Abuhussein. I’m a UK based GP, functional medicine and aesthetics doctor. I have a background in surgical training and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology & Dermoscopy. I take a functional medicine and integrative approach to health, combining conventional medicine with root cause strategies to support women with hormonal imbalances, gut and skin issues, metabolic health and overall wellbeing.

I have a deep passion for dermatology and aesthetic medicine. Skin is often a mirror of our internal health, and I love helping my patients uncover the underlying causes of acne, rosacea, pigmentation, hair loss and premature ageing. I also offer aesthetic treatments that enhance natural beauty in a subtle, holistic way always with a focus on safety, harmony, skin barrier and microbiome.

My commitment to this work is also shaped by personal experience. I live with type 1 diabetes, PCOS and thyroid dysfunction, so I understand how frustrating it can be when you’re not feeling your best. I bring this empathy into every consultation, offering personalised care that empowers you to heal from the inside out.

I’m also a believer in the mind body connection and the power of integrative healing. I believe healing isn’t one size fits all. It should feel empowering, supportive, and aligned with your unique body and story.
